Amis Crawford '10
Sculptor
Amis spent the first seven years of their career working as a Glassblowing Teacher, Tech, and Gaffer in Seattle, Washington. They followed this up with six years in a New York bronze casting foundry as a Fine-Arts Manufacturer for blue-chip artists. Most recently, they completed their first academic year back at Alfred University as the Sculpture Department's Glass-Studio Technician!
Amis is passionate about studio safety, equitable representation, and community. Amis Crawford is a Sculptor and earned their BFA in Glass and Metal. Amis graduated from the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University in 2010.
